Refund Policy

Aerial Aspects FPV

We understand that plans may change. This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our services.

Bookings & Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Payments made reserve time, planning, and preparation and are therefore non-refundable unless stated otherwise below.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable costs. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Travel & Trip Costs

Any trip-related expenses required to complete your project, including but not limited to flights, hotels, transportation, and travel fees, are non-refundable once booked, regardless of cancellation timing. Weather & Safety Drone operations are subject to weather, airspace, and safety conditions. If a project must be postponed due to unsafe conditions or flight restrictions, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Travel costs already incurred remain non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability. Additional costs may apply if new travel arrangements are required.

Service Completion

Once services have been rendered or digital media has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Provider Cancellation

If Aerial Aspects FPV must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, payments for services not rendered will be refunded. Non-refundable travel expenses already incurred may not be refundable.
