Services

Aerial Aspects FPV provides professional aerial drone photography and video services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and safety considerations.

Booking & Payments

Bookings may require a deposit or full payment to secure a scheduled date. Payments reserve time, planning, and resources. Payment terms, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Travel Expenses

Projects requiring travel may incur additional costs, including flights, lodging, transportation, and related expenses. Travel costs are non-refundable once booked.

FAA Compliance & Flight Restrictions

Aerial Aspects FPV operates in full compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including 14 CFR Part 107. All drone flights are conducted by a properly certified remote pilot and adhere to federal, state, and local laws governing unmanned aircraft operations. Flight activities are subject to airspace authorization, weather conditions, safety considerations, and location-specific restrictions. Aerial Aspects FPV reserves the right to modify, delay, or reschedule operations if FAA approval cannot be obtained or if conditions are deemed unsafe.Projects requiring flight in controlled or restricted airspace are contingent upon FAA authorization. Failure to obtain required approvals may result in rescheduling or cancellation in accordance with our policies.

Weather & Safety

Drone operations are dependent on weather conditions and overall safety. If conditions are unsafe or flight restrictions apply, services may be postponed or rescheduled. Aerial Aspects FPV is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing any required property permissions, venue approvals, or location access necessary for the project. Failure to obtain proper permissions may result in delays or cancellation without refund.

Media & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aerial Aspects FPV retains copyright to all captured media. Clients are granted a license to use delivered content for the agreed-upon purposes. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or misuse of media is prohibited.

Privacy & Aerial Footage

Drone imagery may incidentally capture people, vehicles, or private property during authorized projects. All operations are conducted with respect for privacy and in accordance with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Aerial Aspects FPV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
